One transaction founds a treasury-backed DAO: a name, a ticker, and a rebase cadence. No presale, no founder allocation — the founder buys from the curve like anyone else.

Stake the DAO token into DENARI, wrap to the gTOKEN vote unit. Emissions run from genesis but are gated by excess reserves, and daily emissions are equal across every cadence.

Excess-reserve-gated bond markets. The creator queues price actions on a one-hour announced delay, the Senate has a direct path, and a market may not open below ~95% of the token TWAP.

The floor that never closes. Holders rage-quit at any time for their pro-rata share of the liquid reserves, oracle-independently — the curve legs are excluded from the redeemable floor.

Backing is whitelisted reserves plus the curve legs, valued conservatively at min(spot, twap, pre-block tick) so it cannot be pumped in one block. Uncollected fees are excluded.

The Senate — an OpenZeppelin Governor lifecycle: propose, vote, timelock, execute. A quorum floor stops the grant self-quorumming; a permissionless QuorumRescue prevents a dead-quorum lockout.

Each DAO's logic runs behind ROHME-owned beacons, so mechanics improve for every DAO at once. The Treasury, RedemptionModule, receipt, and token are immutable and can never be upgraded.
